Meet Flore
Executive Coach for leaders and entrepreneurs
Based in Paris, working remotely and in-person, I coach leaders and their teams across Europe, the US and Asia Pacific—in French and English.
I tailor how we work to your preferences: some clients like structured tools and frameworks, others think best out loud. In every case, we set a clear objective and a concrete outcome for each session—so you leave with insight and the next step.
“We don’t see things as they are, we see things as we are.”
— Anaïs Nin, French-born American writer
Coaching shifts the angle you’re looking from—so you stop reacting on labels or habit and start choosing with clarity.
I don’t believe in ready-made answers. I believe you have the solution when you can step back, see the system you’re in, and make aligned choices. You don’t have to lose yourself to lead: you can adapt, keep your core values, and become the leader your team looks to.
30+ years in leadership leads me
I’m a credentialed Executive and Team Coach and systemic therapist with 30+ years’ experience. Before coaching full‑time, I was a Management Consultant at Accenture and Capgemini, an Executive Search Partner, and an HR Executive with LEK Consulting and Boston Consulting Group. I hold an MEng from ENSTA and an MBA from École des Ponts (French Grandes Écoles) and am certified in systemic brief therapy by the Palo Alto school. Having lived and worked in France, the UK, the US, Brazil, and Hong Kong, I bring a curious, non‑judgmental, culturally aware lens to every conversation.
I started my career as an engineer because I loved mathematics, then moved into change management, where I learned how people and organisations actually change. Executive search and HR sharpened my understanding of how leaders grow, navigate careers, and succeed in new contexts.
My approach is systemic and context‑aware: we look at your real environment so new options can emerge. Sessions are structured and calm, with a clear objective and tangible takeaway. Clients typically experience early clarity, and months later, many describe feeling calmer, more aligned, and grounded in their decisions.
If you value clarity over quick fixes, thoughtful structure over one‑size‑fits‑all, and kind challenge that respects your pace, I’d love to learn more about your needs.
The things I believe in…
Confidentiality
The information shared during conversations stays between a client and me.
100% judgment free
Clients achieve their greatest objectives when they are in a safe space. I don't judge actions or behaviours.
Courage
I challenge thinking with kindness and compassion. I encourage clients to reflect on the progress they have made.
Finding balance in our world can be tough. I partner with my clients through all the ups and downs.
Persistence
Honesty
I am clear about what I can provide as a coach and what I cannot.
I love to listen to people journey and learn about them, their world, and their culture. I famously never say no to a challenge, which leads to exciting new experiences, including improvisational theatre, competing in Dragonboat races and completing a night marathon in London for a charity.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Your plan for moving forward
A typical coaching programme consists of eight one-hour coaching sessions over an 8-month period, as we work through these four stages. Each session is designed for your strengths and the way you best like to work.
-
Our first session begins with where you are now, where you are trying to get to and what changes you need to achieve that goal. From there we make a plan of action.
-
Diagnostic tools, systemic patterns and self-reflection exercises help as you begin making changes, and putting your plan to action. You’ll experience a keen focus and greater motivation as strategies take effect.
-
We check-in after the fourth session to review progress. You may discover new areas or goals you’d like to focus on. We make time to reflect and refocus as you need to.
-
We take what’s effective and make sure that you put your new strategies into regular good use, so that you build a reliable set of resources you can use whenever work gets challenging.
